How to use herbs?

Integrating herbs and natural supplements into your daily diet is simple, easy and can be really delicious. Our herbal powders consist of herbs in its purest form, which consists of green leaves, fruits, flowers, seeds, roots or barks of the plant. Herbs are particularly dense in nutrients, with numerous health benefits, and free from any bulking agents or fillers. By adding herbs to your daily diet you can fortify your food with super nutrition.

The simplest way is to take herbal powder with plenty of warm water. However sometimes the herbs can be bitter so the herbs can be taken with a fruit juice. Herbal Powders can also be added to a smoothie. Fortify your breakfast with an herbal or superfood smoothie. Smoothies can be made with a base of nut milk, seed milk or non-dairy milk such as rice milk. Alternatively the main body of the smoothie can be created with fruit or vegetable juices. Additional herbal powders or superfoods can be added to fortify the smoothie with extra beneficial properties. The herbal powders are largely dissolvable and can be added in and then blended, shaken or stirred until fully mixed with the liquid.

The herbal powders and superfoods can also be easily added to breakfast cereals such as porridge, muesli or granola. The powders, berries, grains, seeds and nuts can also be added to soups, salads, stews, curries, and used as toppings for any meal. Any true healthy smoothie disciple would advise that the list of possibilities is endless with the goal to feel great and potentially replace a meal with this glass of super goodness.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

To give our customers the gift of wellbeing means our quality cannot be compromised. All our products are natural, ethical and suitable for vegetarians. Our ingredients are sustainably and responsibly sourced. Personal recommendation is what we consider the best form of advertising and our products have spoken for themselves, as our growth has largely been through word of mouth. No hype just honesty and of course good quality!

Premium Herbs

Our herbs are ayurvedic and grown as per the traditional knowledge of Ayurveda. We source herbs from farmers directly Where we cannot source cultivated herbs, we opt for wildcrafted herbs. Wildcrafting is the practice of harvesting plants from their natural, or "wild" habitat, for food, medicinal, or other purposes. It applies to uncultivated plants wherever they may be found, and is not necessarily limited to wilderness areas. Many of our herbs are sourced from their best habitat either locally or from overseas by suppliers chosen carefully and ones that share our values. The herbs can be traced back to the growers at source.

The range of the botanical and natural ingredients are carefully selected, dried and milled down into fine powder and manufactured in the UK.

Our supplements are free from fillers, binding and bulking agents and other nasties that many mainstream brands tend to use, All our supplements are vegetarian friendly and professionally formulated with 100 % pure ingredients in the most natural form for the best absorption.

Our Ingredients

We are renowned for our ayurvedic, cold pressed and unrefined herbs and oils which we also use throughout our products. Our customers love them! Cold pressed oil is a method of mechanical extraction, the only heat produced during this process is the natural heat created by the friction. This depends on the hardness of the nut or the seed and the harder the nut, the more pressure required to extract the oil which in turn creates more friction and heat. No external heat is applied to this process whatsoever, this helps the oil maintain its original state, constituents and depth. All our pure oils are unrefined, this ensures the finest quality product and helps the oil retain its qualities, nutrients and is kept to its natural state. Unrefined oils are always darker in colour and richer in scent.

Recyclable Packaging

We use recyclable materials like glass and PET for our packaging. We use environmentally sound corrugated paper and carboard boxes to package our deliveries.

Consuming with a Conscience

We believe in being kind to the planet, responsible for our actions and imbibing an ethos that reflects compassion and conscience in whatever we do.
